Climb inside a Formula Ford Race car and drive on the Wakefield Raceway in Goulburn, just 90 min south of Sydney. These single seat, open wheel race cars are driven by powerful race engines through a 4 speed race gearbox. This international class of race car provides a real test of driver skill and will expose the natural ability of those considering motor racing. Formula Ford has been the stepping stone of most Formula One greats such as Ayrton Senna and Michael Schumacher, not to mention numerous V8 Supercar legends. This will be your opportunity to experience the thrill of real motor racing from the driver’s seat. After arriving at the track you will be given a driver briefing and car familiarisation session. Once this has been completed you will participate in 2 x 20 min sessions in the Formula Fords (number of laps dependant on speed of driver; should be 20 to 25 laps in total).
